The company URBAN-CONCEPT, directed by Christian GUALTIERI with 30 years of experience in industrial concrete and especially urban furniture for communities (in partnership with two major industrial groups, French and
German). It is quite naturally that in 2016 he designs, develops and markets a safety device, anti-vehicle ram, the SAFELY bollard. Then the company files a patent at the INPI, National Institute of Industrial Property on the anchoring system in the ground, a unique device in Europe.

Long is the road from the idea in 08/18/2017 to get the patent 10/23/2020. Today URBAN CONCEPT is the only company to offer the SAFELY anti-ram vehicle bollard on the market with a patented anchoring device without sealing or complicated installation.
The ram anti-vehicle block as defined by the INPI in the patent is a protective bollard forming street furniture with ground attachment points.
